What's included

• An original interior mural up to 200 square feet

• A three-color palette selected and approved by you

• Your choice of text, if desired

• Two initial design concepts within my established artistic style

• One round of minor design revisions

• Paint, standard surface preparation, and installation

Creative direction

All artwork will be original and created within my artistic style. You'll have input on the color palette, text, and general stylistic direction. Requests to reproduce or imitate another artist's work are not accepted.

Once the final design is approved, any additional changes will require a separate agreement and may incur additional fees.

Location and scheduling

This offer is intended for local interior spaces. Travel outside the local area may be accommodated when the client covers all associated travel expenses.

Murals will be scheduled for late November through December 2026, with rescheduling available through January 2027.

Once the design, wall, and painting date are approved, the mural will be completed within one week.

Wall and access requirements

Before confirming the commission, I'll request photographs, dimensions, and a description of the proposed wall.

The wall must be suitable for painting, and the workspace must provide safe, reasonable access, including:

• A clear working area

• Electricity and adequate ventilation

• Permission from the property owner or authorized representative to paint the surface

Standard surface preparation is included. Drywall repairs, extensive sanding, wallpaper removal, mold remediation, and repairs to water-damaged surfaces are excluded.

If the proposed surface is unsuitable or safe access cannot reasonably be provided, the commission will not proceed and the purchase will be refunded.

Payment and scheduling

The $500 purchase price is paid in full through the website.

This is a limited-availability commission. Once the location and project are approved, payment secures your mural and the agreed production commitment.

Customer-requested rescheduling is available through January 2027, subject to mutually agreed availability. Cancellations and refunds will be governed by the purchase agreement and applicable law.
