Fall Cleaning: A Collaboration

Thank you for your interest in collaboration! 

I know I put a broad invitation out there, but I have something fairly specific in mind. Here are the details:

I am purging and clearing out a lot in my studio. I have a lot of process work that I'm just not satisfied with, and instead of throwing it out, or destroying it, I am choosing to give some of it to other artists, so that we can do some sort of informal collaboration. 

I want to keep it simple, so there are some DO's and DON'Ts for this collab.
If you are agreeable to these terms, I will send some of my process work your way.
This collaboration can be "one way" meaning, I send it to you and you put your touches on it, and we're done. Or we can keep it going back and forth until either of us feels it is complete. Below are The Terms:

You CAN:
- paint on the work
- draw on the work
- collage on the work
- tear the work in half
- completely cover the work in whatever way the work inspires
- digitize the work and alter it digitally
- digitize the work, enlarge it and create on the enlargement
- alter the work in any way you can imagine

You CAN NOT:
- SELL, GIFT, or DISPLAY any of what you receive without making a significant alteration

- SELL or GIFT the altered work without us creating a written agreement regarding compensation.
- Assign rights/ownership of the altered work to anyone without us creating a written agreement regarding compensation.
